MegaFab BII88 Dual Operator Ironworker
For fabrication shops needing extra power and versatility, the Piranha BII88 Ironworker offers an 88-ton punching capacity, tackling up to 1-1/16″ diameter holes through 1” thick plate steel. The increased throat depth of 13.9” allows for better access and flexibility when working on larger pieces. The dual hydraulic system operates independently, enabling simultaneous punching and shearing while conserving energy when one end is idle.
The BII88 excels in shearing tasks, cutting up to 2” round and square bars with precision. Its flat bar shear handles materials up to 18-1/2” x 3/8”, and the angle shear can process up to 5-1/2” x 5-1/2” x 7/16” angle iron. The machine’s bending attachment and productivity package, which includes a punch gauging table and electronic back gauge, make it an invaluable asset for any fabrication shop.
