Features and Benefits of The HYDMECH V-25 Vertical Band Saw
The V-25 is a semi-automatic vertical band saw with a rectangular capacity of 30″ x 25″, weighs 8,000 lbs and miters 60° left to 60° right. Standard features include the hydraulic vise which allows for adjustment of the clamping pressure and is recommended for thin wall tubing and other light material applications where standard vise pressure may deform the material.
A 3 HP driven hydraulic pump supplies system pressure through both a two and three position directional valves controlling all vises, head swing, head advance/retract, blade tension, and guide arm movement. The V-25 comes equipped with a hydraulically driven head swing, head advance and retract, plus hydraulic vises and automatic blade tensioning. Plus much more, the V-25 is a solid choice for high production, multi-shift environments.
