An out of stock switch is mounted on the shuttle vise, when the vise closes with no material between its jaws, the machine hydraulics will shut down (The cut in progress at the time of the switch being tripped is finished before shut down occurs). This option allows the machine to be left unattended with no danger of the machine continuing to cycle with no material left.
An optional feature is the hydraulically powered overhead clamp moves down on the material. This option is very effective, and necessary for bundle cutting various material shapes and sizes.
